How to use this Gym Log
This gym log, or fitness tracker, can be used to record your workout in the gym.
You can track timings using the Start/Reset buttons. When you press Start, the button changes to Stop.
To use kilograms or pounds, toggle between the two buttons. This updates the output of your workout log.
Add exercise(s) using the button indicated. This will create an exercise with one set and rep field. Add as many sets as you like.
If you want to download this workout, the download button will save your workout as a .txt file containing the summary displayed. Notice in the output, there is a row of your data in a format ready to copy and paste if you record your workouts in a spreadsheet.
Finally, this workout is stored temporarily in your browser. Click Clear Workout to delete the stored workout to start again, or to remove the data displayed.
